Prompt Order Processing
Our goal is to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days of receiving it. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your FedEx tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact our Customer Service Department.
At this time, we are not shipping orders outside of the United States and Canada.
Orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Currently, all orders are sent via FedEx Ground throughout the 49 contiguous states (plus Washington DC), and therefore depending on distance, delivery times will vary between 3-7 business days. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours only. We do not ship, nor does FedEx deliver, on weekends or holidays. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure that all shipping information is current and correct when you place your order. Any packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur a $25 shipping charge to be sent out again. Refunds for packages that are sent back because of incorrect information will be provided, less the $25 shipping charge.
Cancelled Orders or Address Errors
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Once your shipping conﬁrmation email is sent out, your order is conﬁrmed and is non-refundable.
All sales are final. For Food Safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products.
Lakewood ships all orders using an Eco-Pac system of entirely recyclable materials. We make every effort to ship your package safely from our door to yours; however, if your package does happen to arrive damaged, please have photos of the outer box and inner contents available before contacting us.
